Dewaxing / Winterization
This is a process of removing components with high melting point (e.g waxes) from some vegetable oils, e.g. sunflower, rice bran and cotton seed oil or partially hydrogenated soya bean oil. Winterizing mainly consists in cooling these oils gradually and filtering them at low temperature in special filters or by centrifugal separators. Our plants are designed for batch or semi continuous process based over filtration pattern.

Oil Fractionation Plant

We keep up with best appropriate fractionation technology for various applications. Fractionation Plant has a continuous flow process, and there is lower manpower requirement for operation. It ensures higher recovery, elimination of oil oxidization and good production capability.  The process will give you a product that fit your standard as well as quality requirements. Palm Oil Fractionation Plant

Refined palm oil should go through fractionation process to separate solid phases (Stearine) and liquid phases (Olein). It is achieved by thermo-mechanical means. Fractionation can greatly maximize the value of products. Our fractionation project adopts dy fractionation process. The typical fractionation process of palm oil mill is pre-heating, cooling, crystallization, and filtering.

Palm oil fractionation plant has three fractions: stearin (palm stearine), soft fat (palm olein) and middle section (palm mid-fraction). After palm oil fractionation, palm oil will be clean after 5.5 hours in 0℃ to ensure it can keep flow ability and transparency in the refrigerator and improve the quality and appearance of palm oil.
